Manic episodes are like a hurricane

Even if you come out of them well, manic episodes (or I imagine any comparible "event") are like a hurricane with the associated aftermath. Any advice or solidarity fam? 💙 they're scary. I scare myself. And the people around me.

Hey @Jenn4 Smiley Happy

I'm sorry you haven't received any responses on this post yet. I know that there would be a lot of members that relate to your experience, but sometimes it can take a little while for people to find threads and respond. I did notice you have had a lot of action on your other thread "Regret from mania..." so I hope that left you with a sense of solidarity and that you are not alone Heart

Take care of yourself,

Jupiter

Thansk for reaching out @Jupiter . I am feeling better, yes. The responses on other posts I made have definitely been part of that 🙂 Thanks and love your work.
