Whats the name of the cream @Sans911
Like the deap heat one. Does it get really hot like it feels like its burning?

@outlander fisiocream. Comes in a purple tube. I got mine from the physio office. I think you can buy at a supermarket or chemist. No where near the heat of Deep Heat, but I find it just as good

I've used that cream too @Sans911- I like it, it's good stuff!

I'm not sure but I think it is when in pain, as it is meant to help relax muscles and help to block pain to the receptors. I've never used it but thought I'd mention the oil as I've heard good things 🙂

I use Epsome salts @Sans911, @outlander, @Pebbles which are good
