it is just my son and I at home.  He is playing piano at the moment.

I'm sitting in the dark in the lounge enjoying the silence. Did go out to get an eye full of the full moon.

I thought there would be someone to talk to but no one was on line. Had a complex ptsd shutdown at days end of Christmas. Was tiring better today

Thanks Jacques had a nice christmas day but had a complex ptsd melt down at the end of the day. I get so tired after those episodes. Thank goodness my son and his girlfriend were supportive
