Hi ,

Im dealing with an Eating Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder also bad PTSD flashbacks and dreams that seem so vivid and im dealing with grieving as well and Self Injurious behaviour which im working with my providers on it .

I am so exhausted these days no matter how much i sleep it sucks and im having various medical issues . 

Im also adopted from Bulgaria at age 7 1/2 years old , and this month is National Adoption Month .

Welcome to the Forums @RecoveryWorks91 and thank you for sharing a bit of your story. It sounds like there is a lot going on – I can understand why you are exhausted. It also sounds like National Adoption Month is a particularly difficult time for you.

You have mentioned that you are working with your providers on the self injurious behaviour. What kind of providers are you working with, and how is that going?

Welcome to the forums, sorry i havent been around much lately!
I hve some similar diagnoses but no ED. And struggle alot at hte moment with exhaustion too. I hope that you have had a chance to look around the forums, please join in anywhere 🙂
