I think you have a very good heart 🤗 @RebelliousAngel and I'm glad to know you're here. I'm actually looking forward to getting to know some of you. Yeah. I like to plan everything out and know what's happening next. I've been playing some online sudoku and mahjong to give my brain a break. Thanks for the hugs! They helped! 🙃

Hello @heartathome @REDLINEZ750 @RebelliousAngel @Shaz51 @Appleblossom
hey guys,
I relate to feeling a bit out of whack and having your supports stripped away from you. I went to my first appointment with a psychiatrist who is just standing in at my local mental health clinic until January. On our first meeting she asked me about discharge from the clinic. I dissolved into floods of tears. Anyway called my case manager who had come with me to the appointment and told her I never wanted to see that doctor again. She said sleep on it. So I rang her next day and told her same thing, she wants to meet in person to discuss it. I refused, anyway I ended up hanging up on her. Not resolved! No idea what I will do if they discharge me from the clinic as my GP refuses my care. I have made an appointment with my GP for Tuesday morning. We will survive I guess

Hey @Oaktree, that sounds so hard. I think you have every right to say that you don't want to see that person again, we don't click with everyone and for things to improve we need to have a connection with the professionals that we engage with. I hope the appointment with your GP on Tuesday goes ok and that you aren't discharged from the clinic cos you deserve to get the right support.

Thanks @heartathome for the kind words, it's been a pleasure being able to get to know you here 🩵. Sudoku is one of my favourite things to play on my phone while I'm winding down for the night, I've played mahjong aswell but not as much. You're so very welcome for the hugs 🩵

hey @Oaktree i hope the reason she is asking what you think has more to it than it ssems, as in its your choice thats why it wasnt presented as a recommendation?
i want to swear.

I'm glad my laughter made you smile @REDLINEZ750 Humour is a wonderful thing! It is one part of me that I like @RebelliousAngel! I love my music! I've been listening to the same playlist since the MP3! 😄 My main music is the 60's, 70's and 80's. I'm waiting to see a Fleetwood Mac tribute band next year. I've seen them twice before and loved the show! I've seen Jessica Mauboy - the music from the movie The Sapphires, U2, David Bowie, Human Nature and Kenny Rodgers. I could take you back to the 70's and 80's, if only I could remember them! 😁 I spent a number of years in a city where I was working and had the opportunity to go with a friend who used to work in the music industry. I find most of the music these days too loud and am over large concerts. I'm getting older although my son tells me I'm already there! 🙃
