Ohh Hams @Flying_Hams  i got call from work and hour ago they were trying to get me onsite tomorrow for a breakdown. Inductions had run out.  anyway they couldnt organise it so am off the hook lol

Its almost midnight here. I just wanted mainly to say hi and hope to catch up more over the next few days. I got back my blood test results and I need to increase my vitamin D weekly tablet and I have to take it daily for the next three months. Talk to you soon !!
