mum was good yesterday and is looking forward to being here when she is a 100

i am smiling

but poor mr shaz - ha ha

I am have lots of pains in my legs and feet today and my feet are puffy

I'm glad your mum had a good day and looks forward to being 100 - maybe she will -  one day at a time like the rest of us 

Pain in your legs and puffy feet 🤔 sounds uncomfortable  - could that be working in the heat and fluid retention
