Wow Polly, 3 hours isn't much but if that is enough for you then I am glad you got it. Thanks to my meds I managed my 5hrs and that will get me pass lunch then a nap.

Had a big meeting.  Nearly 2 hours holding phone to my ear caused a cramp in my forearm.  My Musculoskeleton system is touchy as.

Hey Lee

it was just too much. We helped this father with food and I dropped it off and he freaked out. He wanted the money and not the actual food. Never mind that his son started to eat the bread while I was standing there. He grabbed my shoulders and shook me and said a few things that I can't repeat. I ended doing something that well. you can imagine... I am not proud of what I had done. It was just too much and the words didn't want to leave my head.
