i can start to hear mark

he is getting louder and louder

i dont know what to do for him to leave me alone

i wish theses meds would kick in. are they even the right ones.

Since the stress of threats I've not been sleeping and this causes my mother's voice to come back through the day little by little and more so at night.  It is hard I know, especially loud voices. I hope you are feeling better dear @Bubbles3.  It's hard for all of us but friendship here is a blessing and with family and friends.

I try counting my blessings when feeling down and negating voice with something positive, and then voice goes away.  'Thinking on the good things'.Philippians 4:8 really helps too. 

Hope and pray you feel better too.  My dad has voices too.  It is especially hard sometimes, but we will get through this.

I hear multiple voice. i speak the voice than hear them.

there are some technique to stop them for while.

imagation the voice as object. a person or cat or dog or car whatever you like and then you destroy that image. that will destroy the voice for while, even elimating it totally.
