Hi,
I actually have ASD2, ADHD and now get to add some more letters not BP but BD2. I was thinking it was Bi (B) Polar (P). But realize my mistake and a we BD is the shortened version. Which I will use from now on. Thx for bringing that to my attention,
Thx 🙂

BD - sorry new to these letter meanings I was going with Bi (B) Polar (P). But realize that BD and BP are two very different things… appreciate you all bringing this to my attention so as I can use the correct diagnosis.
I also have ASD2 and ADHD and now BD. Among other letters that are co-morbid of these diagnosis’. I laugh (well try to) and say I have all these letters behind my name and I didn’t even have to go to Uni to get them. LOL!
Kindest Regards
Puddle Fun 🙂

Hi,
I thank you for your long response. It meant a lot to me and you explained a great way to start to cope better. I have had a very rough time these past weeks and especially this last week.
My Dr was going away for 10 days so she wanted a scaffold in place for me like emergence care in the local hospital in the Mental Ward. The name itself holds so many demoralizing things in its title. And in the way the society sees us. I did not get admitted but cause my Dr did not get what see needed for me she flicked me to our local mental health team in the area that gives you an assessment and then either sends someone to check on you or just calls you up. This was great in the end to have a scaffold whilst she is away.
This alarmed my family so much that my daughter came and looked after me for 3 days till I was well rested, eating and making more sense coming out of the mania state. It has take. So long to come out of it. I no what one huge trigger is now and I have removed that person permantly out of my life as I was in a marriage with DV - verbal and cohesive control. I left 6 months ago but the torment and one again off again by his choice was literally doing my head in. I feel a lot more at peace with this person gone coupled with the right stabilizing medications. It has been a tough month to say the least.
Thank you for your advice it has been well received.
Kindness regards,
P 🙂
