Please don't be too rough on yourself @Tufflife. You are going through a really rough patch. It's really hard without the right support. I have experienced the same feelings ( of being a burden to my 4 kids and family) as you only a couple of months ago. You are not alone. I'll say goodnight now unless you want to chat.
