Music for self-soothing

Ravel's 'Bolero' every time.

But also 'Alphabet Aerobics' covered by Daniel Radcliffe lol

There's a donkey named Rabbit?!? It must be as confused as I am lol

Re: Music for self-soothing

I find this music is great for soothing, reducing anxiety and sleeping. It's very bingy-bongy but very peaceful:

Otherwise I have a playlist of songs that I find uplifting and soothing. Includes
As (Geroge Micheal/Mary J Blige)

Sunshine Day (Osibisa)

All Around the WOrld (Taj Mahal)

Dark Side of the Road (Van Morrison)

Peace Train (Cat Stevens)

Into White (Cat Stephens)

Here Comes the Sun (Beatles)

Re: Music for self-soothing

@Former-Member  Yes I love music it stops me from self harming. I play it loudly with head fones on. The lyrics as well as the music itself is important. xx
