Its pretty understandable to be angry about living in those circumstances. @saturnzoon How old are your boys? I have been working on setting boundaries for my so  for a while.  It is easier to set boundaries that have a good outcome with only one child in the house.

Oooh @greenpea Sorry.   Do what you need to do to calm down and tend the home fires. Dont worry about us. Have you been triggered by your mother? It can still happen in late 50s .. thats how it was for me.

Hi @eth, @Exoplanet, @Appleblossom, @greenpea, @Shaz51, @saturnzoon, @outlander, @Maggie and everyone. At my friend's place on the mobile. A mild sunny day is turning chilly here at the back patio table. C is giving her a kind of healing, a bit like reiki but of his own intuitive creation. I too have been on the receiving end of these no-touch healings he does. Amazingly helpful sometimes. My friend's back is in crisis which is why the healing is happening.

Before this I was seeing my psychiatrist. As anticipated, switching anti-psychotic medication as of tonight. Other than that, a helpful session talking about a few key issues aside from meds.

Sending healing feelings to all who need or welcome them. ox
