.Footnote. This morning I contacted sibling who hadnt bothered to make any xmas contact despite having father over etc anyway guess I didnt contact them either. its a game. anyway got a reply

Heatwave here for the forseeable future 

Making the most of the coolish morning to walk my dog.

I'm so incredibly tired. Maybe having some time to escape work and stop has given me liscence to fall in a heap. Hope today is what you need @Shaz51 @utopia @Bunniekins @Teej @Mazarita and all passing this way

@frog Hi frog yes it is a billion degrees here too!! Will be going for a early morning walk with my mental health nurse and then bunkering inside the house.  Little peas get very soggy and squishy in the hot weather 😞 xxx

What sort do you have @MDT ? Coffee is mood dependent for me. Can’t enjoy it so much if other stuff going on. Love it otherwise. Or its functional. Or both. So maybe things are going well for you? Its trying to rain here. 24deg 6am going to be Hot Hot Hot. Think skipping walk, no I’m not ‘Skips’ from The Regular Show lol well I walked last 3 days that’s a record for recently. @frog. It's hot here in country Victoria as well.  The heat has definitely affected my sleep. But hopefully tonight will be cooler.
