Hi @Former-Member, just wanted to say that I can completely relate to physical pain as well as emotional pain. I used to be on heavy painkillers but have stopped everything except paracetamol. Supposed to be doing all the Pain Management stuff, but with Coronavirus - everything is cancelled. I find that my pain stops me from doing so much, and I understand you taking "something heavy" to crash. I get to later in the day and that's all I want and feel able to do. So I end up watching the box or DVDs. Hope you feel better later today.
