I find a list of things to do helps me @PeppyPatti . I rang my health fund to find out what I’m covered for when I have my cataracts done.

First eye 4th June, 2nd eye 2nd July. Got to fast from 9am will be hard for me I get hungry. Not supposed to smoke in the day either that’ll be worse cause I’ll be nervous. Reckon I might sneak in a couple of smokes in the early morning and at lunch time, then brush my teeth.  Will say guy who’s taking me is smoking if they smell smoke.

iv got two brilliant carers. They are very eager to do what they do - I’m making fairly pathetic earrings with one and timorrowcwe are sewing. I think I’m going to wait to see this dress until she gets here. No I’ll start later today.

You’re lucky having two carers @PeppyPatti . I’d settle for one. I really need someone to drive me to appts. I’m a bad driver never recovered my confidence since having an accident. Rarely drive these days.

Yeah I was like lunatic driver with my job - iv also had a head injury and truthfully 

I never really want to drive again 

I’m on ndis which was no good until I began hiring my own carers. It also took me a long time to accept the help actually …….
