Hi all
Am still unpacking just about finished.
Today am feeling upset and down in the dumps.
I feel like crying.
My physciatrist is back Monday I have a session booked on Wednesday but had to reschedule as telstra is coming that day to fix our internet modem.
So, am waiting for him to get back with another date.
This morning I was so cranky had to try calm myself down, I needed someone to talk too did know who to speak with.
I know now how important it is not to become stressed, but is easier said and done. I have more to learn about this bipolar.
Feel so frustrated.

You've done an amazing job by unpacking. You didn't just leave it for later. You are probably a lil exhausted from all your hard work. Be kind to yourself

Today Friday am just doing some mindful colouring in and listening to music.
I will have to get back to my normal routine soon & start journaling again.
I don't want to move ever again.
