Thank u @Faith-and-Hope...I did not sleep well. Are you still away on holiday? Family is always tricky. Loving but conflicted. I had to miss my psychologist today to see them, I know a visit is what I needed. But I'll wait it out now another week or so.

Yeah @Former-Member .... away till mid-Feb ....have family and a place to stay here, so living costs are low .... it's our 2nd home.

Sorry to hear you didn't sleep well .... and yeah, lotsa tricky family stuff my way too .... feel for you with it all, but it sounds likely you've got a good handle on it mostly ....
