I slept for almost 7 hours so a good night. Doing Spanish lessons while wait for massage. @Meowmy .

@Meowmy Sorry you feel sad lonely and alone with that family of yours. I used to attend an ashram and I knew a psychologist who was also a devotee of my guru. We had a discussion once and based on my experience I told her we live in a sick pathological society, she was surprised I knew and reacted as if to say nobody was aware of how bad things are in the world after all the people she counselled. Your family is not in any way dissimilar to the average family living in suburbia but it all goes on behind closed doors Meowmy. My brother and mother have walked crooked paths all their lives. My mother is dead but my brother is still carrying on the family tradition. The only decent person in my family was my father. But my brother gets worse by the day.

@GezzaP well done. Hypomania banish thee!!! When youve had sleep and doing your Spanish lessons I know youre doing ok. I slept 9 hours last night. Dont know what I'm doing today managed to clean up the laundry yesterday. Got a pile of old tatty clothes to toss out. Kitty cat wanted to go outside after brekky shes wandering around the neighborhood somewhere.

was asleep again @Meowmy  yes 19mm here yest , most overnight.  grey , wet and cool here . nothing planned. nothing that cant wait til monday when go to big town again
