I remember that time about that weight loss. 

Yes, it's been 18 months since I had operation in public system and lost 33 but now the hard work begins. 

I think I'll just have a rocky month trying to knock out sugar .      

I'll be eating boiled eggs and lettuce leaves with Paul Newman salad dressing for me ext two days and I'll let you know how it goes

I wrote down what I eat during the day and got AI to write up a diet for not gaining ---- 

And no more chocolate because I'm not a cat walk model anymore. Those days are over. Oh ...........

I never was ...    But now definately not.

I hope things get easier for you @Meowmy .I just got back from bigtown, went to get haircut after leaving yest cos they were on lunch break. He said saw my then and again this morning before he opened. He asked next person if I could go before them lol. I paid in coins , cos they like cash I said I had more , as took gold coin only change bag. after the $20 he gave me $80 for the rest after he counted it and shook my hand for helping him, ha

@TAB   that's terrible.  i have my psychdoc who is obsessed about my weight and im like i really dont care right now .... shes like go on 300 per month and im like umm maybe prob not....  after hearing your experiences and my ex im no thank you x
