I know your work takes safety into consideration... what about psychological safety @Captain24 ?
Would you consider the 'ridiculing' over the radio something you'd report?
I'm sorry how anxiety-provoking work is for you right now.

That’s it @Ru-bee. The harder you try the worse it gets.
I’ve just been taking whatever they dish out. I can’t stand up for myself because I’m just useless and know that they a right.

They say they do but they really don’t. @tyme. I’ve been discriminated against at time for my MH
I can’t report it or it puts a bigger target on my back. I just have to take it. Maybe tonight I’ll be on something that I can manage to do right. 🤞

Hugs for you @Captain24

A couple of weeks ago I just couldn’t get anything right. I was ridiculed over the radio. It was relentless and felt
like a personal attack. Hence my anxiety in going to work and hating it. It’s the fear of it all happening again. That’s where my loss of confidence and hate has come from.
Oh hun!! I feel like I vaguely recall you talking about this on the forums? I may have missed it. In any case, it's no wonder you're feeling this way! No one should have to deal with bullying in the workplace, and it's even more challenging when one is already vulnerable.
I don't suppose it's something you could make a formal complaint about? Especially because it is (potentially?) having an ongoing impact on the quality of your work, which they should definitely give a crap about!! You deserve acknowledgement and amends, and you deserve justice.

You may just have to assertive to these people so that they put their head down @Captain24
It might only take a comment from you for them to wake up to the discrimination - I don't been a rude or sarcastic comment, but a comment to help them realise that it's not okay to say those things over the radio.

Discrimination against you because of a mental health condition is prohibited by law @Captain24 you might have grounds for some kind of legal action. You do NOT deserve to be treated this way. Imagine it resulted in a hospitalisation? That is so incredibly not okay and you may not even be the only person in that workplace who is facing these issues.
