Lee, I'm just so impressed with you...you're still here, you're still trying hard. You're doing more than I did, back when I was at my worst...I couldn't even reply to a text message. And yet here you are, checking in many times a day. I'm honoured that you're willing to talk to me, when you're feeling like the worst I've ever been.

It's incredibly hard today @NatureLover .

Last night I did bad things and it's all I can think about today..

I'm with my brother and the kids at the moment and it's taking so much energy to fake being ok ..

All I can think about is I'm just over it,  so very over it 

I'm trying hard to keep talking and cheking in , but i just, I just don't know

I understand how difficult and exhausting it is to pretend to be OK. Well done for the huge effort... I hope the visit can go smoothly and quickly for you.
