im so sorry to hear about your kitchen, car and how busy you are, please set some "you" time aside, chill out with a movie and a nice healthy slice. or have a nice soaking bath. just some time alone to chill out.

Hi , the kidney specialist said today it is time to start thinking about Dialysis or kidney transplant

I've known people who had to have frequent dialysis, & kidney transplant recipients.

A very big effort it seems, accommodate those procedures - & disruptive to your way of life.
