Re: checking in

Oops - friendly reminder about not mentioning medication amounts 🙂 I don't want to take down this post as I don't wish to disrupt your conversation.
Thank you

Ah..I see. .I understand. Yes, maybe best to edit...do you know how to edit? At the top right of your post where it says "Post Options"...click on that, then click on "Edit Post".

Re: checking in

I am sorry about the thoughts you had on your walk, Lee. I would actually really like to have this conversation with you, but we can't. It's to keep people safe.

But I am confused as to why your night meds have actually been reduced overall? @Lee71

Re: checking in

@NatureLover

I would have liked to have the conversation as well, I think it might help. But I understand.

My meds were reduced because I wasn't I'm not sleeping.  I wake up every two hours or so. So was wanting to try something different

OK...I don't understand, but that's OK, I don't need to understand. @Lee71

I can imagine having a good conversation, Lee...maybe going out for a coffee...it would be good. But luckily we can talk here, just not about everything.

Sorry they were being reduced so I could get off them and onto something else.

@NatureLover

Yes we can talk here.

Re: checking in

Ah yes, I see now! Thanks for explaining. So you were reducing to get off them and onto something else, but now the doctor has increased them because you're not sleeping? @Lee71

Re: checking in

@NatureLover

No, she increased then again because of the affect it was having  on my mental health. Don't know what will happen with the meds now

Re: checking in

OK...gosh. I hope you can see a psychiatrist soon, and get your meds reviewed @Lee71 .

When are you next seeing your GP?

Re: checking in

@NatureLover

I'm seeing her on Thursday.

After I told you about my walk, I know we can't mention it, what should I do now ?
