Re: Help

Hi @Aa1984 @Lisa84 @Aqua88

How are you tonight?

Welcome to the forums.

Do you have any hobbies?

Re: Help

My hobbies were running my business, renovating my house, and I've always loved motorcycles, but I've had a bad accident in 2002,I have stayed away since, tempted to get back on,but I get pretty nervous

Re: Help

I've been looking for a bike, the thought is great but when it come to getting it something pulls me back

Re: Help

Hi @Aa1984 @Lisa84 @Aqua88 🙂

Thanks for the tag @tyme , you've quickly come to know I'm always open to chat if i'm online and available. 🥰

I can absolutely relate to the feeling of lonliness - sometimes due to being physically alone but also sometimes due to lack of connection to those physically around me.

Hopefully you will find some people here who you do connect with and can chat to - for support, for fun, for hobbies, etc. 🙂

What type of business did you run? (If you wish to share, never any pressure!)

Do you have any particular hobbies or interests?

I dont know much about motorbikes, other than they have 2 wheels and a motor and go "brooommm". 😉 ive been a passenger on a motorbike, although not since I was a teenager. I've fallen off one once, but only at low speed and without anything more than a minor graze (driver slipped on a coconut shell, I kid you not.)

Re: Help

Even getting my licence again, but I think I'll have to stick with a dirt bike and ride bush

Re: Help

I do air-conditioning, but I haven't worked since Feb,and that was only 2 months, since my ex left it's been hard for me,it really hit me hard, yeah, it would be nice to make friends I can connect with, people emotionally available aswell,I definitely haven't been around anyone like that in a while

Re: Help

Riding in the bush sounds nicer to me than riding around suburban or city streets. 🙂 hopefully quieter too?

What type of riding location or bike do you prefer @Aa1984 ? City or dirt

Re: Help

Hey @Aa1984 ,

It may be good to tag people in by typing "@" in front of their username so they get a notification. That way, you can get more people reading your posts to them.

Re: Help

I would prefer a road bike, city, riding for a coffee on a nice summer night..group rides and things like that, but safer on the dirt,as long as I stay away from the motocross tracks..lol,yeah bush is something different, get into the fresh air,the trees and scrub ,it's really nice, though I have not done it for 19 years,it's a nice memory
