Thats great! So does mine brother. Its something that has always kept me well and strong. Connecting with mates and having a positive outlet. Its important to stay connected to the people you love, your mates, sports networks and work colleagues - its easy to get caught up in your grief and isolate yourself.

I recently had a few weeks off because we had another baby and i needed to be home as much as I could especially with all the weekend visitors and that, the break was nice but it also felt good to get back out there the other week, I did miss it a little

Congats brother! What an exciting and deadly time for you. I understand these times and how precious they are for us as parents, and extremely busy. I miss my little one alot, hopefully see him on the weekend.
I have training to look forward to tomorrow. I needed sports back in my life to keep me strong too.
