Hi @Eve7 @Appleblossom @Appleblossom @Shaz51 @NatureLover 🌷

I will be making the long drive to visit my family this coming week. It will be great to see my 90yo dad again. And my brother,  SIL and nephews. 

I havent seen my Dad since I last drove to visit him over 2 years ago. Thats when my husband died 😔. And with 3 spinal surgeries since then,  I havent been capable of travelling. So the trip is a little daunting,  for all sorts of reasons I guess. 

But mostly I'm doing alright,  both physically and mentally. 

Once I have this week-long family visit under my belt,  I will be concentrating on finding a furry friend and companion. 🐶  Definitely something to look forward to ♥

I hope everyone is doing as well as possible, despite many of you going through some particularly difficult times. My thoughts are with you. 💞

I am glad you are healing from all the surgery. Bit by bit.  Enjoy your big trip and family as much as possible.  Looking forward to hearing about your adventures. You have ticked off important goals with getting a home, and have good plans ahead.
