I had big concert yesterday and my son is at his dads.... so no pressure on me.

Hi everyone, wasn't here for chat yesterday and until now, so catching up on replies and news.

@Shaz51, hope you have had a restful weekend, or at least the sleep in you wanted on Saturday.

@eth, sounds like Sunday has been a productive day for you. Hope it went well with the new support worker. Looking forward to hearing about it.

@greenpea, great to hear you will be getting visits from a nurse to help you get out to beach, shopping, movies and other activities. When I had a support worker, it was like she was an extra friend.

@outlander, looking forward to seeing more of your crochet progress.

@CheerBear, good to hear you have had an enjoyable and relaxing pj day.

@Exoplanet, great to hear you got some rain to replenish your tank. 

@Sophia1, more good wishes for your move. Congratulations on selling your place.

@saturnzoon, lovely that you have your daughter's cat to remind you of her when she's not around. I too love nature and animals. For me, especially wild animals.

@Appleblossom, hope you enjoyed the concert and the slow day today. Glad you've had a bit of time out from caring for your son. 

Today C and I went to visit our friend. After that we went for a bit of a walk around the wetland nature reserve across the road from her place. It was a warm day, with lots of lovely bird life. Recovery from my big depression is proceeding with some ups and downs, but overall moving slowly forward. I think I'll be watching a lot of Big Bang Theory tonight.

Thank you @Appleblossom, I have had a quiet day to, I always stay in my pj's if i don't have a group on, find it hard to get motivated 

I think my son is cooking bacon, eggs and fried tomatoes and bread roll for tea.

@greenpea glad that you are having a nurse that can take you out to different places

@Mazarita the walk around the wetlands nature reserve listening to the birds would have been so peaceful, and can help with depression, would love to go to places like that.

today visit mum in hospital, done her washing and watered her plannts xx
