@Faith-and-Hope @Appleblossom I'm not up for much tonight - didn't sleep this afternoon - same story - flashbacks, headache, nausea, anxiety...... was doing minute by minute this morning and now back there again. Had my meds and pain killers but they haven't made any difference tonight - so I know it is going to be a long night already. If my GP says tomorrow 'we just have to ride it out for now' I think I am going to fall apart completely. I have been trying so hard over the last few days but I am so tired again and despite the physical side effects of the meds easing a little - my general emotional state is going down hill again. I need something to be done as I am running out of options again!
