Hopefully he will get the all clear @Shaz51 .  How do you cope when his anxiety peaks?  Is there anything you encourage him to do to deal with it - like breathing long and slow and deep for a while, etc?

I need to go offline for a while now but will be back in the morning if not tonight.

@Shaz51  The silent treatment can send shudders down my spine. I was brought up on a diet of that. Then guessing expression and look. Very stressful. I don’t know if you have time for you, I hope so. Sending a coffee and a hug. ☕️💜💕💜
