Lonely:

 

today I feel very lonely 

depressed deflated and sad 

sngry guilty snd frustrated

i feel I have no friends no more 

they don’t care about me no more

go away fir weekends snd don’t ask me

loneliness has hit me hard today 

I am a loser a lonely person 

I try to have friends but all I have 

is 2 friends

drpression has taken over agsin 

it’s dark it’s scary I csnt go there 

for if I do I will do something I may regret 

it’s hard to stsy positive get over depression even childhood trauma 

long term therapy she told me today 

I thought 8 years was long enough 

don’t think I can take anymore 

its tiring draining exhausting 

I’m crying 

but no one cares 

because I’m a loner 

snd it really hurts 

no one has to reply 

it really doesn’t matter 

I just wrote how I feel at the moment 

I’m really hurting 

I’m scared

The duty to myself.. ...

I've got so much to be responsible for... I've got a cat, a dog, a python and some gold fish... I've got family, I've got friends, I've got community, I've got God, and I've got myself...

I need to take care of all these things as best I can. I need to make sure all is well - So they can look after me in return...

I have my unit, I have my stuff, I have my car & I have my future...

The duty to myself... The duty to my life... The duty to my wellbeing... The duty to my care...

I started what I would most like to achieve - 10 years ago... And it's all finally become a reality...

Hi @BlueBay think self care. Think positive future. Think about the little thoughts that you are putting to the side and not acting on. - So you can sit here and feel this way. - take some action toward achieving the next goal that comes to mind. - no matter how big or small & and see how you feel in twenty. - think about the solution and not the problem x it can only come from within x Eude

@trouble is I don’t have any goals or positive future. Self care is whst I need to do.

@BlueBay whatever thoughts you're putting off and not acting on - is where the solution begins. Don't let the enemy rule over you! Back track in your mind and get on with what you know is best for yourself. Whatever it is... - just do it! 😀 don't worry about anyone else. Worry about yourself. And let people worry about how you worry about yourself and your life so well. 💗

@BlueBayI believe we all have an instinct to know what is in our capabilities and which is also In our best interest. I think we all know that trusting in people can be vein. What's the first positive thing you can think of doing for yourself where you are right now?

@eudemonism I think the positive thing I can do right now is go and listen to some meditation on my phone while in bed.
