Sounds interesting @Faith-and-Hope. The whole culture of baths is kind of fascinating really. And all before chlorine 😂 I wonder if they used anything to help with hygiene, are they salt?
Glad you are feeling relaxed. I guess it's harder to be taken down by others moods when there's something new and interesting every day to distract you. I suppose there are days that it's still hard when lots are tired and frustrated though.
Weather 36 and humid here today but I didn't really manage to go outside 😏:face_with_rolling_eyes:

Why don't you plan a long walk @plasmo. Break it down into steps so it seems real and achievable, well that's the advice I keep getting. It works for some things for me. Have you got a friend you could do a hike with?

Sounds great @plasmo. It would be good for you I think. Having something organised helps. I did a fitness class last term, it was really basic and supportive which I needed, but just having to turn up helped heaps as no thinking or planning or motivation much required on my side.

The baths sound amazing @Faith-and-Hope. I had heard a bit about them but never really thought more beyond that they existed until just then.
