It's ok @NatureLover  I'm so used to it .

Have had sleeping issues for a long, long time. Sometimes it's just worse than other times.

Today I am pretty much over it, done.

Fighting through each minute or hour takes so much energy. Eventually that energy is all gone. If you know what I mean.

I used to use distraction when I couldn't fight any more, although I didn't know it was a strategy back then...I just couldn't stand reality any more. But you say distraction doesn't work for you? @Lee71

If I focus on here and the minutes to check in, right now it's helping me keep a handle on the bad thoughts and temptations.
