Journaling and reminders

Hi all,

Am settling into our new rental house.

Am getting back into journaling and also finding an Android reminder with alarm on Google play store  so I can add things to it as my memory is shocking & is starting to affect my life.

I had an MRI December 2025 all came back fine.

I see my physcologist 20 January.

I don't think there is much more I can do.

But I suppose that's life.  I also do mindfulness colouring to help me relax its addictive I like it.

Cheers

Re: Journaling and reminders

Hello @Abby6_2025

I often overlook reminders, i should be more careful.

Something I find helpful with my bipolar is a mood and activity tracker. I use the free version of Daylio.

Re: Journaling and reminders

Hi @Dimity I will look into Daylio app.

Di you find it helps?

Hope you are okay today.

I'm feeling frustrated today mainly with technology.

Have a nice day

Re: Journaling and reminders

Hi @Dimity  I just went to play store app downloaded Daylio it come up where you need to pay after 7 days.  I couldn't see the free version.

Do you or does anyone else know a good FREE VERSION app.?

Regards

Re: Journaling and reminders

@Abby6_2025 yes I find Daylio good. I can see my ups and downs and it helps me with trying to follow good routines. And I can see where there are gaps. I've used a free version for several years. There are often ads encouraging me to upgrade to a subscription for more features.

Sorry, I don't remember the other apps - someone posted once recommending several but Daylio was the one I followed up.
