I feel fed up with living with a mind that just does not stop 

Feelings that flood without warning 

Energy depleted

If I can get myself outside nature rescues me

My garden and park rescue me

My sanctuary

I just have to get outside

Hello @meu2, it can be so hard living with a mind that doesn't stop and when those feelings hit without warning. 

I'm glad that nature, being out in your garden and going to the park helps you. Sometimes it's nice to grab a cuppa and just sit out in the garden ☺️.

@meu2 sometimes all the choice is overwhelming. I am also a person who needs to get outside, I love how you expressed it. Nature rescues me.  Yes, it can be a wonderful sanctuary.

@meu2 I am also really enjoying the rain. I actually hope it continues into the morning so i can enjoy a sleep in while listening to it! 

For some reason, when it rains, i can rest. It's like I've finally been given 'permission'.

This might sound strange, but when it's nice weather and I want to rest inside, my mind shames me and tells me I ';should' be doing something outside and enjoying the weather. So it's nice to get a little reprieve from the weather when i can't give it to myself. x

I find my mind really does settle on walks too, it’s awesome you have a park that you like going to and your garden ☀️🌈🌻, do you like animals or have an interest in gardening?

I visited my friend who was raised on a farm old school. I left with a pack of Belgian chicken eggs. She is old and vulnerable but also such a rich and authentic woman.
