@TAB A months ago 2 turned up here at 8.30 at night and arrested me claiming that I was a thief. They pushed me into the little pod thing on the back of their vehicle (despite my physical disabilities) an told me they were in the process of getting a search warrant for my house. They kept me for a couple of hours demanding to know when I had dyed my hair, where the stuff was etc. Someone had stolen a few hundred dollars of hair stuff from a local chemist (not the one I even go to) and they say they have an absolute statem,ent naming me and the fottage proves it. Except everything was wrong with that. I do not got to that chemist. My hair is grey not pink. I do not wear high vis shirts. I do not have breacelets all up both arms. I use a gopher not an electric wheelchair. And the biggest hint it was not me is that SHE HAS ONLY ONE LEG.
It really set me off on a downward spiral with how they treated me. I sent a complint in the day after, but it was not given to anyone to look at until Thursday after I threatened to get the ombudsman involved. They then passed it on to the local inspector who bought in his superior as well and they have bought in the internal investigations department.
They are disgusted at the way these two dealt with me and they are admaent that they will not be allowed to get away with it and the punishment will not be good for them. I have asked for them to be charged and sacked and for whoever made this "absolutely positive" identification to be charged with making a false statement.
SO I have been trying to get through that without having the access to the normal helps that I have and the isolation is getting to me. I really really need to be able to have face to face counselling and to be able to go to my supportive friends.
