So sorry you couldn't get through. Have you tried the chat option here? I tried it a couple of nights ago when it got a little to tough but unfortunately couldn't talk to anyone. Hopefully it is just a misunderstanding with the other group. I am sure you will be fine here.

Maybe, it's working now so I apologised to someone on there and emailed the mods apologising, I said I'll take some time away from that forum. @outlander
