I do, @Bow. I am nervous and uncertain of myself in general. Been thinking lately about believing in ourselves, something I'd like to encourage in me.

In recent days I've hugged her a little tighter when I tuck her into bed or send her off to school. Never know when that simple fleeting thought could lead to trouble and trouble seems to always have consequences.

I can see things are really difficult today. I want to encourage you to please reach out to the SANE HC, or a crisis service such as Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467) if you are feeling at imminent risk of acting on any of these impulses. 

You have a remarkable ability to pull through some hard times - that is a true testament to your strength in resisting these urges. We are all here for you and thinking of you ❤️
