I miss talking to you, and am concerned for you, but I understand that you need time away at the moment to try to deal with stuff. I'm really glad you have such good professional support.

Thank you for your kind words, I'm doing OK. I really hope that your sleep is OK, what I mean is, that you're able to get 4 hours a night if possible...I think of you lots and hope that things are manageable and not too horrendous, and can improve soon.
