I was not sure how to approach your sense of brokenness directly. So I hope I did not make you feel uncomfortable. The sculpture spoke to me a lot. I had to be able to sing a lot of sad and serious music before I could enjoy any of the upbeat songs. A lot. SO hearing you about the need to embrace the truth of the depth of our being, and not mask it with false cheer.
