Hello,

I'm new to this space and this is my 1st post.

Recently, my adult Son has labelled me toxic and no longer wants me in his life. 

I was already spiralling at the time.

How have others coped with this, please?

I'm sorry that your son has done that and that you are going through it. It must be really difficult for you.

Do you have any supports such as a psychologist or a good gp?

I am hopeful that Sane Forum will be helpful.

At this stage I have no supports in place or motivation to do so, however, I do understand that I need to push through my probable anhedonia and seek professional advice.

Getting out of the house is challenging for me at present.
