Day to day
My daily thing to do is listen to my favourite music for a few hours. Then maybe some mindfulness practice on my Calm app. Read a chapter in one of the books I'm reading, then maybe watch a show on a streaming service. Make myself some lunch. Then do the same thing for the afternoon.

Thank you for sharing - that's wonderful that you practice self-care and have a routine that works for you.
I really need to work on using my own mindfulness apps, haha.
Hopefully other people can chime in with what works for them.
