Hi, I am struggling tonight.

What do you do to cope?

I have a drink of water and a shower. I take extra medicine as i need it tho that's not available to everyone. I lie down and do meditation. If none of that works I have to call my support network. What's troubling you @Gumtree

not everything that works for me will work for you, so really its all trial and error, has anything on this thread been useful to you in the past?

I had a doctors appt. earlier today.
He just asked some difficult questions.
Now I can't really stop trembling.
Think I might make some porridge una little while.

It sounds like you are in shock. Stay warm and take care. Porridge sounds like a great idea

@Gumtree anxiety does that even if your not feeling it, the lasting effect on your body will still remain there until your system calms down.

the best way i find to do that is to practice deep breathing, meditation or mindfullness

@Gumtree maybe try contacting a helpline and ask them to take you through something or

try this for me

breathe in notice how it fills your belly, hold for 3 breathe out and release that tension that you feel and keep continuing on until you feel calmer

deep breath in let it out slowly deep breath in slowly let it out
