That is so great to hear @Snowie  I actually managed to go to work today. Only worked 4 hours but at least it was something however came home exhausted

Trying to focus on the positive but glad to see the back of today. Had a major trigger this AM, before even getting up, on top of a bad night, so struggled with the basics today. I'm sure you know what I mean. Lovely to find your well meaning message 💐
