Ooooh @eth ..... that was a toughie for you last night.  If they left without saying goodbye it would have been natural to presume they had overheard the support worker's comment and taken offence ...... I am so glad you received the message you did from sil this morning, but I am sure your body chemistry is still trying to rebalance, regardless of what your reasoning mind is now saying.  I hope it's a gentle recovery day for you today.  Take care of you ❣️

Good morning @eth  and everyone that is hanging around this morning

I am glad you are doing a little better this morning eth. I too understand the fear of people hearing things that you don't really want them to hear and the stress that can create until you know for sure it's ok. 

l am stuggling with the aftermath of an amazing session at horse therapy yesterday. It brought up some tough stuff and currently trying to process that. But today I am going to tap into my creativity (not that creative though) and try and make Christmas gnomes out of airdry clay  wish me luck...
